Alex Sobol
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Under Alex’s hands-on-leadership, Millennium has grown from just 3 employees in 2014 to now having 150+ employees. He is a South Florida native and received his undergraduate degree from The University of Delaware, before moving to New Jersey where he currently resides with his wife Marisa and two young sons (Dylan & Cameron). Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with family, traveling, meeting new people, following his favorite sports teams, and is a self-proclaimed political and podcast junkie.
Conor Tuohy
Head of Digital Media Production
Conor Tuohy has been leading all things podcast and video content at The Millennium Alliance since 2018. An experienced editor and producer, he brings a wealth of expertise to the team, storytelling, public address announcing, and video/audio work. When he’s not shaping compelling digital experiences, he enjoys jamming out on the weekends, watching the Mets win, and chilling with his cat at home.
The Process
step 1
SCHEDULING
We'll handle the scheduling and coordinate a time that is good for you. Ideally, we will block off a half hour for the interview.
step 2
PREPARATION
Think of this as a conversation! Create a list of 8-10 interview questions to shape the discussion.
step 3
RECORDING
We'll record over video. Once complete, our team will get to editing, and your interview will be sent to you for your approval.
step 4
WE'RE LIVE!
Once you give the green light, we will publish the podcast & share your episode on all social outlets.
