We live in a world where time is of the essence. As marketers, we know that the key to retaining customer loyalty is by making sure that consumers feel their time/attention/money is being spent in a worthwhile manner. I like to sum up this idea in the following way: “Don’t bother me unless you’re adding value to my life.” However, since it’s not always clear how best to achieve this, I’ve created a helpful equation to guide myself and my colleagues towards success.
