Full‑Circle Moment: Welcoming Steven Home to Millennium

At Millennium, retention isn’t just about reducing turnover—it’s about creating a place where talented people can keep expanding their impact. We invest in meaningful work, clear growth paths, and a culture of genuine camaraderie so that every team member can envision a long‑term future here. By continuously listening, learning, and adapting—from hybrid flexibility to global mobility opportunities—we aim to make Millennium the company professionals boomerang back to, because they know this is where they can do their best work alongside people they trust and respect.

Here’s what our latest boomerang teammate, Steven Rosenberg, Strategic Business Consultant shared about his return:

Why did you decide to return to Millennium?
It’s a great company to work for, with lots of opportunities for growth, and amazing people!

What excites you the most about coming back to Millennium?
Reconnecting with old friends, and building relationships with new team members and delegates.

What are some personal milestones you’ve achieved since you were last part of Millennium?
I moved to Portugal with my wife… Come visit!

What did you miss most about working here while you were away?
The people and the culture.

How has the company changed since you left?
There’s a new office in London, the company’s nearly doubled in size, and we’re no longer entering into Zoom rooms to make sure sponsors and delegates are both in the meeting 😂

How do you hope to make an impact now that you’re back?
I hope to bring some great new attendees to our events and make our programs the best they can be.

What did you learn during your time away that you’re excited to bring back to your role here?
There’s a lot of players in the professional events industry, but Millennium truly does put together the best events.

Are there any goals you’re setting for yourself in this new chapter at Millennium?
Booking a lot of delegates, and winning the Christmas prize!
