Congratulations To Elizabeth Davis On Promotion To Senior Director Of Customer Experience

May has been an exciting month for The Millennium Alliance! We are celebrating the accomplishments of 3 successful events, a few work anniversaries and last (but certainly not least) the promotion of Elizabeth Davis to Senior Director of Customer Experience.

Digital Diary sat down with Liz to get her take on this recent promotion.


Congratulations on your recent promotion as Senior Director of Customer Experience! Can you tell us a little bit about your new role? 

As Senior Director of CX I’m primarily focused on ensuring our clients and partners are set up for success at each of our national assemblies. I work with each solution provider partner in the lead up to our assemblies making sure that all participants understand the features of each assembly and how to maximize their presence on site and beyond.

On a personal level, what does The Millennium Alliance mean to you?

The Millennium Alliance is basically my second family! My husband and I are almost 1500 miles away from parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews which can be kind of a bummer, but having such a tight-knit and supportive “work family” makes all the difference.

What factor do you think contributes to success for employees at The Millennium Alliance, and how does one achieve it?

Everyone is motivated by different things in life but the most successful people I know at Millennium are those who tap into that motivation and use it to fuel each day. This is not the place for a person who’s just interested in “clocking in and clocking out”; this is a place for people who realize that the only thing standing between them and their goals is themselves. Cheesy, I know!

What is your favorite aspect of working at Millennium?

We have such a good vibe in the office, we’re always joking around and making each other laugh which is really important in what can be a very intense job. Also, the views from the office are nice!

What are you looking forward to the most in your new role?

I’m really looking forward to building and nurturing relationships with our clients across all our various assemblies and industries. I’ll also look forward to more travel so I can meet all our amazing partners at each of our assemblies!

In your opinion, what sets The Millennium Alliance apart from other organizations?

The biggest difference at Millennium, that I can see, is the amount of passion our people have for the product. Product belief is a huge component to creating an enthusiastic and energized team but its too often missing from many sales and service teams. Rob & Alex work tirelessly to make sure that our assemblies are second to none and that we all have the tools needed to confidently build long-lasting relationships with all of our clients and members.
