About Melissa Grady Dias
Melissa is a results-driven marketing leader that has the ability to bring together her strong analytical skills with creative execution to deliver exceptional programs that continually exceed expectations with continual optimization. She has a strong background in segmentation, analytics, optimization, creative testing, and cross-channel testing – including email, direct, and digital programs. Melissa became the Global CMO of Cadillac in September 2019. At Cadillac, she leads strategic marketing for the brand on a global perspective and recently was recognized by Forbes as one of “The 50 Most Influential CMOs in the World.” Prior to joining Cadillac, Melissa was SVP of Performance Marketing, Digital, and E-commerce of Jackson Hewitt, where she was accountable for all demand-driving activities and the application of a digital media program across several thousand locations. Grady spent a few years at Metlife prior to Jackson Hewitt leading the digital acquisition on the global marketing team. During her time at Metlife, she was able to lead digital strategy for the U.S. market and acquisition programs for several lines of business which resulted in resulting in over $125M in revenue.
