About Marty Paslick
With nearly four decades of leadership at HCA Healthcare, Marty has been instrumental in driving the company’s Information Technology Group (ITG) to deliver innovative IT strategy and support across its care sites. A visionary leader, he served as the first Chief Operating Officer of ITG in 2010, overseeing critical IT operations before being appointed Chief Information Officer in June 2012.
His influence extends beyond healthcare technology. As Chair of both the Technology and Sports Councils for the city of Nashville, Marty has played a key role in fostering innovation within the region. His contributions were honored with an induction into the Nashville Technology Council’s Hall of Fame in 2020. Recognized as one of the hundred most powerful leaders by the Nashville Business Journal, Marty remains a pivotal figure in shaping the intersection of technology, healthcare, and community leadership.
