About Lois Alexis-Collins

Lois Alexis-Collins MBA, brings extensive expertise in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and management. Since November 2023, Lois has been the Chief People Officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Previously, She was the Vice President of Human Resources at ABM Industries from November 2018 to November 2023. Her experience also includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Ruby Tuesday (2013-2016), Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Darden (2005-2013), and Area People Director | Vice President at Waffle House (1998-2005). Lois has a proven track record in managing P&L, leading recruitment programs, and driving staffing initiatives for large organizations.
