A British national with a truly international outlook, Gary has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and Australia—giving him a rare, first-hand understanding of cultural diversity, operational complexity, and global market dynamics.
Throughout his career, Gary has held senior leadership roles at Mars, PepsiCo, Kellogg, William Grant & Sons, and now BIC, where he has served since 2021 as Group Supply Chain Officer and Group Category Leader for the Blade Excellence division.
Renowned for his strategic vision and creative problem-solving, Gary has a proven track record of breaking into new markets, transforming global operations and supply chains, and driving sustainable growth across both public and private sectors.
