In retail, competition is fierce. Retail marketers are seeking ways to stand out by delighting and surprising their consumer.
Artificial Intelligence and Personalized Marketing
Forward-thinking companies are competing and winning based on their ability to offer up relevant marketing content that is tailored to the behaviors, preferences, and context of each customer.
AI can help to automate this process. At the exact moment of contact, machine learning algorithms function as a personalization engine that predicts the most relevant and profitable content to serve each customer.
The New Marketing Mindset
The marketing mindset has shifted. It’s time to reimagine how to market to your customers.
Content has to be personalized to each individual customer, regardless of the channel they choose and delivered at the moment of engagement. Having an omnichannel strategy is now an imperative. Using new technology such as artificial intelligence helps retail marketers to select the most profitable content for each customer.
