“What & How Has Changed, Why Has Not” – Healthcare’s Evolution with Giovanni Piedimonte, Chairman, Pediatric Institute & President, CCHR, Cleveland Clinic

 -Millennium Live with Giovanni Piedimonte

Healthcare is welcoming the opportunity presented by digital transformation.

At Healthcare Providers Transformation Assembly earlier this year, we discussed the trends changing the face of medicine in the US at the moment.Technologies under the spotlight included Telehealth, Precision Medicine or Individualized Treatment, and Artificial Intelligence.

Millennium Live attended the event and sat down with several members of the delegation, to delve a little further into how healthcare has evolved, and the digital future of the space.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing the videos from the event. First up is the wonderful Giovanni Piedimonte, MD, Chairman, Pediatric Institute & President, CCHR, Cleveland Clinic.

During the interview, Giovanni was keen to emphasize that the health evolution has led to change in what and how we treat, but not the why. At the core of medicine remains the Patient.

Check out the video using the link above, to find out more about:

  • Where healthcare is heading in the next 10 years
  • Advice for healthcare leaders looking to stay ahead of digital transformation
  • Cleveland Clinic Children’s initiative to provide families with live webcam access to their NICU infants
  • How Cleveland Clinic is facing the challenge of blending the physical and digital worlds to deliver a unified patient experience

…and more!
