JP has been at the forefront of risk, technology, cyber, and secure product development in global financial services for over 25 years, serving in Board-facing Chief Risk, Security and Information Officer roles in global financial firms, and as a risk advisor in fraction Risk Officer roles for clients. JP has led companies through substantial organizational and regulatory changes. He was retained to lead a recovery from one of the banking industry’s first highly public state and organized crime-sponsored cyber-attacks and ATM cash -out scheme.
Matthew Speare Executive Vice President, Enterprise CIO Regions Bank – Matthew joined Regions in 2013 and serves as Enterprise Chief Information Officer. Regions is a top U.S. bank-holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with $125 billion in assets, operating approximately 1,700 banking offices in 16 states. In this role, Mr. Speare has responsibility for Application Development, Corporate Computing, Information Security, Information Technology Governance, and Enterprise Project Management.
Jennifer Smith Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Zions Bancorporation, Enterprise Technology and Operations – Jennifer is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Zions Bancorporation. Prior to joining Zions in 2006, she held various positions at Wells Fargo & Company including SVP Operations Risk Management and SVP and Director of Technology and Operations Audit. She holds an honors B.A. degree and M.S. degree in economics from the University of Utah. Jennifer has received several business honors, including being named as a member of 1 of 4 top U.S. banking teams, in American Banker’s “25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” edition and one of the top “30 Business Women to Watch” by Utah Business magazine in 2012.
